QR ordering

They scan. They order. They pay.

Put your QR code on the tables, the counter or the truck, and let customers order and pay from their own phone. No app to download.

A guest scans the QR code and orders and pays in her phone’s browser; the order arrives in the Tapp app and is marked completed.

Four taps from hungry to happy

No queue, no app, no waiting to catch your eye. Tap through the whole journey from your customer’s side.

  1. Scan to order

    Scan the code

Your customer points their camera at the code on the table or counter. Your menu opens in their browser, with nothing to download.

    Order’s in

The order lands in your Tapp app straight away, marked Guest. You make it, they enjoy it, with no running back and forth.

The menu they see

A menu that sells like your best server

Photos, prices and variations, served straight to your customer’s phone. The basket follows them, and the total is always one tap away.

  • It is the menu your team sells from. Mark an item as sold out and guests see it as currently unavailable.

  • Before they order, the basket shows what is popular with their order. One tap adds it.

  • Your current offers show on the menu, and guests redeem a code at checkout.

  • Ordering follows your kitchen hours. Outside them, guests see when the kitchen opens again.
